Anyone know these two words?

Hi I have most of this phrase translated through a free translator online. But I'm still stuck on a couple. Maybe some one here can help me out. This was from a conversation between me and my gf....

Does 'esposas' really mean handcuffs as well as wifes? If so, how can you tell the difference?

I know fregadero means dishwasher but what is the other vulgar meaning? (in textbook it says that it is a vulgar word in some areas)

Which is correct:
These cards should get stacked up on top of eachother.

OR

WHat are the differnces between these two expressions ' loosely translated' and' dumb down'?
