I had a friend who is a teacher helped me translate the following from English to Spanish. It does not look completely correct. Specially the translation for "heartfelt dialogue". Any help would be appreciated. agm



Using heart felt dialogue and silence; we will experiment with being in the moment in our feeling body.
Through guided meditation, inquiry and small group exercises, we will have an opportunity to explore the joy that is present in “the moment” as it occurs in our daily life.
This gathering supports “the opening to life as it is” allowing us to be more fully present and authentic. Our true nature and the blessings of love can now come forth as gifts to be received and lived.
This work is for individuals who are secure with their feeling process and are comfortable sharing in a group setting.

Pequeños grupos serán guiados a una meditación en donde tendrán la oportunidad de explorar el momento de la alegría así como ocurre en nuestra vida cotidiana.
Esta reunión apoyara "una apertura plena en la vida " nos permitirá ser completamente auténticos. No encontraremos con “Nuestra naturaleza verdadera y las bendiciones del amor ahora podrán salir como regalos para ser recibidos y para ser vividos.

I think you may use "el sentir del corazón" but I wouldn't. More commonly
you may here: "usando silencio y diálogo sincero (o del corazon)"
