My sentences:
-Please print out your manuscripts with/in/on A4 paper, each page with no more than 1,000 words, together with your name and contact methods, sent to ___. Are they natural and correct English?

But the original sentence is appealing for contributions, something that will happen in the future; do you think I have to say 'to be sent to___', rather than 'sent __'?
