How would we correct this, by deleting the plural forms (2nd paragraph)?

How would I say 'She is nice' and 'They are nice'? Would I just use the ser conjugations (es and son)?

The new topic has nothing to do with the determiners, but yes, you would use 'es' and 'son' in those sentences.

As irmamar pointed out, there is no plural form of esto or eso. So, the plurals for este, esta, ese and esa are still valid. (Just the second occurrence of estos and esos is invalid).

O sea que decir "esos palomos o estos palomos" estaría mal y hay que decir "eso palomos o esto palomos", correcto?
