Hello to everyone, well I new in this, but thanks God i find this wonderful page. I need if somebody could help me with this: "capacitación dirigida al personal con la finalidad de inducirlos a la atencion al servicio al cliente". Tahnks for all of you that want help me. 'training aimed at personnel with the goal of urging attention to the service of the client.'

There are other possibilities, but I believe these translations basically mean the same thing.

Rusty's translations are correct what they are basically saying is that their "training goal for staff/employees is customer service"
