Obstructer, I think it's something that stands in your way, but "atoradero", seems to me rather the situation or the place where you get stuck.

It's the name of a Mexican restaurant near me. I know a lot of Mexican businesses have whimsical names, and this is no exception.

Hmm... well, then this might have an idea of eating much. (So much, that food gets stuck in your throat.)
But you're right, Mexicans use whimsical names for their businesses.
