Do you use rebanada? tejada?
I know it's not eslays as is commonly said in NYC.

Acá usamos "porción" con los alimentos que se fraccionan en forma estándar (porción de pizza, de tarta) siempre que el corte sea según una dimensión angosta. Si no, rebanada (rebanada de pan), rodaja (dry sausages, provolone cheese), o feta -'lonja' en otras países- (jamón, fiambres en general -including thin slices of dry sausages-). Si la porción es de tamaño no estándar usamos directamente "pedazo" (un pedacito de torta -'pastel' en otros países-)

In Mexico it's "rebanada".
"Porción" would be a more general word
"Tajada" would be understood, but not used.
