Smile Hello

Hello, my name is Danny, and I am a therapist who works with families who do not speak English. I am an intermediate spanish speaker and find that there are many expressions that I do not understand as I am not a native Spanish speaker. I would like to ask for guidance in understanding idiomatic expressions that cannot be translated word for word.

Muchas gracias a todos y espero que podamos platicar más.

Bienvenido, Danny...

There is a section of Idioms where you can get a lot of expressions both in English and in Spanish... (Glen is one of the contributors who knows a lot of Mexican expressions... so he, Rusty and I will be able to assist you...) (As well as the other "foreros")

Hey Danny! I'm in the same boat as you. I know a lot of Spanish, but sometimes the expressions used I don't understand and have yet to learn. Good to have you in the forums.
