Instead of 'puede', use the more polite 'podría'.

Lo siento, ¿podría repetirlo más despacio, por favor?
Lo siento, ¿podría repetir más despacio lo que dijo, por favor?
Lo siento, ¿podría repetir más despacio lo que acaba de decir, por favor?

Why no question mark at the end of "espanol" but a question mark at the end of "por favor"?
I also capitalised "espanol" as it is a name, is this not the case in Spanish?
The text I have been reading puts and accent on the "o" in perdone, is this incorrect then or can you do it both ways?

Also, I am not sure I understand the 2nd sentence? are you saying "...repeat what he said..."?

Correct: words that name languages are one of several classes of words that are capitalized in English but are not capitalized in Spanish unless they are the first word of a sentence. Some of the other classes of words include nationality, ethnicity, days of the week and months of the year.

If your text has "perdóne" with nothing else attached to the end of the word, your text is wrong: one writes only "perdone".

podría = "would/could you" (implied subject = usted = "you" (second person formal)
repetir = "repeat"
más despacio = "more slowly"
lo que = "what" (or "that which")
dijo = "you said"
por favor = "please"

I removed it because the question you were asking wasn't complete without the 'thing' you wanted translated, and that is where a question mark already appeared.
