Pañalero
I have a friend from Guatemala who has a little daughter. I was over at their house last night and his wife was changing the baby's diaper, when she was finishing, she called the clothes she was wearing a "pañalero". Pañal means diaper, but I can't find pañalero anywhere. It was like a one-piece suit like a shirt that snaps at the bottom under the diaper. If anyone can help that's great. I don't even know what that's called in English. Thanks guys.

They are called onesies or bodysuits in English.
