Teeny-weeny, itsy-bitsy [itty-bitty]

Dictionary.com
gives,
tee·ny-wee·ny–adjective Baby Talk . tiny; small.
itsy-bitsy 1938, "charmingly small," from itty (1798, in a letter of Jane Austen), baby-talk form of little.

Tomísimo dictionary gives good solutions for the first one, as in "chiquitito, pequeñito" talking about a mouth, "boquitita".

This is absolutely valid and totally useable. My question here is, is there any "rhyming or reduplicative" word or expression in Spanish with a similar phonetic effect?

(The diminutive in Spanish has already the flavour, so my question may be a bit too "picky" or "trying to split hairs"... but if you know or think of something, I'd be glad to hear!
