What would be an optimum translation for this expression?

Just saying it literally? "No hay techo de cristal..."

"No hay barreras/límites artificiales..."

Supongo que "techos virtuales" o "invisibles" puede funcionar bien, porque no calca el original inglés pero respeta su expresividad incorporando la frase "poner techo".

Creo que depende de los contextos se podrá usar una cosa u otra... aunque el adjetivo "virtual" me gusta bastante...
