Lyric translation

[Fazor]

I was looking at a song ("Where did you sleep last night?" - Nirvana) and was wondering how to translate this line:

"I will shiver the whole night through."

I translated it as:
"Me calofriaré por todo de la noche."

Is there a better translation?

Tendré escalofríos toda la noche (caused by horror et al)
Me estremeceré toda la noche (caused by pleasure)
Temblaré toda la noche (caused by cold, nerves, pleasure)

I agree with Ambarina's suggestions, although I would use "me estremeceré"... it can be applied to both, pleasant and unpleasant sensations.

Me imagino que será "sufrió" he/she/it suffered. El acento va sobre la letra o.

I think you're getting confused between the verbs/tenses of Decir and Dar.

Díme is the imperative- (you) Tell me
Me lo dí= I gave it to me

Past
Dar-Yo dí, tu diste, él dió
Decir - Yo dije, tu dijiste, él dijo

Imperative
Dar-Dá
Decir-Dí

Not confused on the tense. I've just never really learned command + prounoun recieving the verb (see? I don't even know what those are called ). So if you're telling someone to do something to someone (And I can think of some good uses for that ) you put the pronoun on the end of the command?

*Coulpe of things: one, I'm not sure 'caer' is the correct verb for "beating" (as in, the sun beating down / shining down). Second, I don't know how to conjugate it in the "progressive" tense. Lastly, can you leave out the "estar" in the progressive tense in speech/lyrics? I know grammatically it is "It is beating on . . ." But lyrically, the (it is) is implied from the prior line.

¡No olvidas el acento! Contas trés vocales (vowels) átras por el infinitivo (infinitive) y cuatro verbos por el gerundio "Pare hacíendolo" (stop doing it)

*Can you say "all of you, hurt by. . . etc" this way, or would it just be "Amo todo, herido . . . "

**The English lyric is "So hard, and lonely too. . . ". Is there a translation for "so" in that instance?
