Question Tíbet

I always pronounced "Tíbet" with the stress in the first syllable in Spanish. And on the second in English.

Any Spanish variations?
I.e., is there any place in Latin America where it is pronounced like in English?

Here it's "bet" too, but lately, some people who have received the influence of foreign languages tend to pronounce "Tibet". It's not a common pronunciation though.

¡Epa!
