I'm Javier I am from Madrid (Spain), I am medical student and I would like to improve my english. I can help to someone to improve spanish talking with him/her.

Hola soy Javier, soy de Madrid (España). Soy estudiante de medicina y me gustaría mejorar mi inglés. Puedo ayudar también a quien lo necesite hablando español.

Hello Javier, I'm Mexican guy and well I can help you in the that you need in the forums, as you should to know my tongue language is Spanish and my second language is English.
