I love learning languages, I can actually speak four languages but I am still mastering them, even my mother tongue!

Click on 'pánel de control'. 'Editar firma' is down on the left under 'configuración y opciones'

New users can't create a signature until they have reach a certain amount of posts that prove they are honest users. So the option will eventually be activated for you.

Understood I don't understand how I could harm the forum with a signature, but if those are the rules I agree with them.
