¡Hola! I am a dental student learning Spanish so that I can speak with my Spanish-speaking patients. I am starting from scratch. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Soy un estudiante de odontología aprender español para poder hablar con mis pacientes que hablan español. Yo actualmente no conozco a ningún español. Cualquier ayuda sería muy apreciada! ¡Gracias!

and yes, I use google translate as a crutch for everything! lol

Learning specialized vocabulary is a good way to pick up a language.
Diente= tooth
¿Cuál diente le duele?= What tooth hurts you?
Puede ir a la recepcionista para hacer (concertar) su próxima cita en seis meses.= You can to the receptcionist to make your next six month appointment.

Hilo de diente= dental floss
carie= cavity
pasta de diente= tooth paste
arancar un diente= pull a tooth
implantes-=implants
coronas=crowns
seguro=insurance
buenos dias
buenas tardes
hasta luego
