¡Hola a todos!

Hi everyone.

I've been learning Spanish off and on for a while now. Took it from 5th through 11th grade and 2 years in college. I naively thought my Spanish was decent until a recent trip to latin america. Rude awakening. I had forgotten almost everything I learned.

Since then, I have refocused on learning this great language. For the past 10 months I've used a variety of software, television, & books to immerse myself as much as possible. I've made a lot of progress but the missing piece is having someone to bounce questions off and to converse with. I'm hoping I can find that here.

Looking forward to learning and sharing with you guys! Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forums. I speak Spanish once a week (on a Monday for an hour a half only). And on the first of every month at a restaurant (starting in September). Not long, but better than not speaking it at all.

That's what I find. I have so much writing/stuff to be checked it's unreal.

Enjoy your stay.
