Help with an error-finding exercise

¡Hola!

Could I get some help regarding these corrections? I've been given a sentence and I need to find and rectify an error within them.

¿Qué tipo de apartamentos quiere ofrecer Sr. Sierra?
I've got a feeling it should either be 'cuál' and not 'qué', as there a sort of selection of types, but I'm really not sure.
Also, the question: ¿Prefieres bañarse o ducharse?
Would this be correct if the reflexive 'se' were change to 'te' as the subject (and object) have already been referred to as 'tú'?

Any help much appreciated.

When you don't have a defined/specific set of items from which to choose, like in this case, we use "qué".

"Te" is the right suffix to use. The pronominal particle must agree with the pronoun.

As a newbie, does this mean
1/ someone is asking you what type accommodations do you want to offer Mr. Sierra?
or
2/ asking Mr. Sierra "what type do you want to offer" ?

gracias por tu ayuda

1) Someone is asking you what type accommodations do you want to offer Mr. Sierra

¿Qué tipo de apartamentos quiere ofrecer el Sr. Sierra?

2) Asking Mr. Sierra "what type do you want to offer?"

¿Qué tipo de apartamentos quiere ofrecer, Sr. Sierra?

A pleasure.

Informal: ¿Prefieres bañarte o ducharte?
