Hi guys, can you tell me if this is the right translation ? Gracias !

I will look for a better job . = Yo buscaré para un trabajo mejor.
or should it be = Yo buscaré por un trabajo mejor.

No preposition follows buscar (when followed by a thing or an infinitive). It means 'search for' in English.

Buscaré un trabajo mejor.
