I wrote in red how I would say those headlines.
For me to use "sentarse" seems wrong.
"sentar" is an action that takes place in a short period of time, just a few seconds... like "to take a sit". And what is wrong for health is "sitting for long periods" that would be "estar/permanecer sentado por mucho/largo tiempo"
