Can someone explain to me how consigo is used in the following?
Cómo consigo que vuelva a funcionar el contador de reproducciones
No consigo instalar Java.
No consigo ver las imágenes en mi web.

It happened to me all too often. And I can recognize it.

And also be looking up in the dictionary in the wrong language! I could kill myself at those instances... ;->

Could por be used in place of porque in that sentence?
