"Ahora mismito" creo que se usa más en Latinoamérica, aquí en muy pocas ocasiones (por no decir nunca
).

Será algo regional, porque yo diría. "ahora mismo me pongo a ello, que he acabado de comer".

"Mismito" sounds very Latin American. I think in Mexico we would say:
- Ahorita mismo me pongo a hacerlo
- Ya mismo (or mismito) me pongo a hacerlo
"A ello" doesn't sound Mexican.

En este caso bob, creo que "
acabe
" sin acento tiene más sentido.
Y quiere decir que
apenas
termine de comer, se pondrá a ello.
