Hola ¿cuál es correcto? Asumo el segundo pero mucha gente están escribiéndolo como el 1º

Correct, but there is a nagging problem with people saying it like "son las 1 (una) de la tarde", including myself.

Es bueno porque sólo hay una 1/12 posibilidad de equivocarse si siempre se lo dice así

A la una = A las trece horas

-- Es la una.

Hoy, no se pierda el programa especial a las trece horas.

En Chile tenemos el mal hábito de decir "son las una de la tarde" y se escucha "sonlasuna de la tarde"

Admito que no me gusta mucho cómo suena, pero aquí es muy común oír: "esluna".
