"Y" would be understood in context, but feels awkward, because the conjunction here rather gives the idea of separate quantities.
![]() I think the only case when "y" and "con" can be used with a number without altering the meaning is when you tell the hour. - Son las cinco con diez (minutos). = Son las cinco y diez.

Yes, I think that's it.
And yes, "céntimos"/"centavos" can be omitted. Finally, some people also say a price by omitting "con" as well. - Son doce pesos con cincuenta centavos. = Son doce noventa.
