¿Qué es lo que más te gusta del tenis?
¿Cuál es la comida que más te gusta? Is it, "what Is Your Favorite food?"

I think the phrase "the most do you like doesn't sound good...

¿Cuál es tu intento para las primeras dos? La traducción que diste para la última frase no corresponde, pero sí es una frase muy buena con el mismo sentido (con tal que corrijas lo que te marqué).
Una pista:
like (the) most
