Perfect tense

Para chicas se dice "se ha acostumbrada a algo" o "acostumbrado"?

Verbs in the perfect tense change depending on if it's a boy or girl? " Ella ha vuelto o vuelta"?

" I feel secure" para una chica se dice "me siento segura" o "seguro"?

"Acostumbrado/vuelto" en todos los casos, porque estás conjugando un tiempo compuesto con "haber".

- Mis hermanos se han acostumbrado a hacer ejercicio.
- Las niñas no se han acostumbrado a la nueva escuela.
- Desde que se fue, no hemos vuelto a saber de Juan.
- Ya es tarde y mi esposa no ha vuelto del trabajo.


"Me siento segura" es una conjugación en tiempo presente y "seguro(a)" es un adjetivo, no un participio.

- Nos sentimos seguros en la casa nueva.
- Mis amigas no se sienten seguras cuando salen de noche.
