Work on

-Check this out, fun and quick summer job. Work on an orientation camp targeted at secondary school kids and play for two weeks!
I worked on this programme for four years, and it is excellent.

Is ON correct?

Work at a camp.
Work on a program (if designing/planning a program).
Work at a program (if the program design/plan is in need of work or not complete).

Thank you, but 'orientation camp' is not exactly a physical thing known as camp; in my region, this kind of camp is an activity organized to help undergraduates know more about uni before term starts. Would your answer be different?

Um...do you mean 'work (as a verb here, not noun) on orientation camp' is correct? If yes, then in this phrase what's the difference between on and at for WORK?

Your definition of camp makes the difference.
If camp is a physical location, you work at the camp.
If camp is an activity, you work on the activity (planning it).
You may also work at an activity, but that means you're fixing something in the design phase or you're supervising the activity.
