''En el año 2000 empezó sus estudios de medicina en la universidad pero decidió dejarlos para poder dedicarse en exclusivo al baloncesto.''
A mistake? Should it be ''en exclusiva''? Many thanks. |

La locución adverbial es 'en exclusiva'.
