Algunas cosas pueden ser masculinas (o femeninas).

Un concepto puede ser femenino (o masculino)...

Yo pienso/creo que estas palabras son irónicas, pero estas existen en el español.
I'm not quite sure if this correction is right, because I can't understand clearly what you wanted to say.

Corredigme, all together.

If you are speaking about the gender staff, then it's generally something random that we don't cuestionate, we learn without noticing that "camión" is "el". We know we have to say "la computadora" and "el ordenador", knowing both words are the same. If you're trying to learn noun genders, then you have some rules to follow, but I guess the best way is just learning the main rules and then searching all nouns genders you don't know when you need to (example: when you're posting) ... Just by reading Spanish and giving attention to genders you will learn them.

I don't know of any Indo-European language apart from English which does not have gender-specific nouns. English is the exception, not Spanish. That's life, and I think different genders add colour to a language.

@Vita: "Masculino" and "femenino" are adjectives, so they have to agree in gender and number with the nouns they're related to, regardless of their "gender intention".

personalidad masculina -> (feminine, singular) masculine personality
características masculinas -> (feminine, plural) masculine characteristics
reloj masculino -> (masculine, singular) masculine watch
diseños masculinos -> (masculine, plural) masculine designs

ropa femenina -> (feminine, singular) feminine clothes
actividades femeninas -> (feminine, plural) feminine activities
decorado femenino -> (masculine, singular) feminine decoration
zapatos femeninos -> (masculine, plural) feminine shoes

@ookami, thanks for your help and advice.
I made some corrections on your post in red and I put in parenthesis your original word which I corrected. I hope you don't mind.

Thank you for your patience, Angelica.
I'm a two-year old kid when it comes to learning Spanish, therefore, I ask lots of questions. I'll hush up soon enough. I think those almond chocolate bars got me all charged up since yesterday!

You don't have a bunch of mistakes. Sometimes you even have typos and not gramatical mistakes.
