if you add that "yo" like this "...todo lo que...

if you add that "yo" like this "...todo lo que (yo) sé (yo). Either way, it would be just to be emphatic, no rhythm/metric (measure) involved here.

My only gripe is that in this case, it seems that the thinking was done...
