Yo no veo ningún doble sentido. Me parece que sólo se trata de alguien que se siente ofendido porque siente que las invitaciones a hacer ejercicio o a comer alimentos "sanos" son indirectas para llamarlo gordo.
Habrá que ver si otros usuarios opinan lo mismo.

Estoy de acuerdo.

¡Ah!
No había entendido. Creo que debería leer el inglés con menos ansias. Me ayudaría a dar un sentido a lo que no entiendo, siendo tan claro. Gracias de nuevo.
