Quien algo quiere, algo le cuesta
I'm looking for an english idiom meaning the same that this spanish refrán.
Really, the spanish one I would like to translate is "quien quiera peces, que moje el culo", but I prefered not to put it in the title of the thread. I don't want to be offensive or unpolite ![]() Thanks! B. ![]()

You have to get your feet wet. I person who knows nothing about a subject and has just stared (a novice or novillo) hasn't gotten their feet
wet.
