That's one of the strangest things I've ever heard. "Cotilleo" is masculine, by the way. Just a few search results for the terms, both English and Spanish (excepting "jaded gossip"). Maybe some spy is trying to send a hidden message

Oops! The genders didn't agree. I have a tendency (when I'm not careful)
to turn Spanish into something like "Some Like it Hot". ![]() I corrected the error.

I had never heard it before. I'd say ictérica is a strictly medical word.
