Aquí, en general, he oído "descargo de responsabilidades", pero seguramente es un término que depende mucho de la jerga legal regional.

El diccionario de Jaime Aguirre nos da estas opciones:
descargo de responsabilidad
exención de responsabilidad
limitación de responsabilidad
cláusula de exención de responsabilidad

Y yo digo: "declaración para curarse en salud" (por si las moscas)

Moliner dice:
Curarse en salud. *Prevenirse por anticipado contra las consecuencias de un posible percance o *responder alguien por anticipado a objeciones que se le pueden hacer.

Por si las moscas. Frase humorística, de uso reciente, que se emplea como expresión preventiva con el significado de «por si acaso».

Pues eso, lo dicho.

De nada. Como escribía Richard Bach en Ilusiones, "la mejor manera de eludir responsabilidades es decir que tienes muchas responsabilidades..." (or words to that effect...)
