I agree with Rusty. Your English is better. Keep paying (continue to pay) attention to your corrections as you have in the past, and you will even get better. Felicidades.

Divers is an old word which is seldom used in current speech. You'll find it in the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible, but hardly anywhere else.

The current spelling is diverse (and it has a different pronunciation). You could also use various or several instead of diverse. Sundry is also a synonym, but it sounds antiquated, too.

Well, but I feel that is more comfortable for me the words drivers, and I feel strange because, I have used a word a lot old in your speech, but Do I can continue using that word?, or it's necessary change.

I think we all need to change with the times......if a word is too old to use and Rusty is kind enough to suggest a new one, then maybe you should use the new one.

When one speaks a language, whether it is your native tongue or not, you are sending a message and you want that message to be understood by everyone. Sure you can use the words you want to use but know that there are options and some are better than others.

Look at this phrase from the KJV Bible:
"... earthquakes in divers places."

Do a search on "in divers places." You'll get ~170,000 hits. That seems like a lot, but most of those come from the KJV Bible. The KJV Bible uses English that is almost 400 years old. Here, divers means "many" or "various." Do the same search on "in many places," and you'll see how much more common it is.

There are over 400 words used in the KJV Bible that the average modern reader cannot understand without using a dictionary. Divers is one of those words.
I wouldn't use it, if I were you.

In Spain, is very common to use "diverso/s" as "divers".
Crotalito only looks for similar words.
For example, you can usually use "graveyard" or "churchyard", but the spaniards prefers "cemetery", more near to his own "cementerio"
saludos

Diverse is OK to use. This is a synonym of different, and is a word both languages share (same Latin source).

Divers, without the final e, is an outdated word.

Tomisimo and I both agree that different would be better to use. Sundry, as I said before, is also an antiquated word. People will look at you funny if you use it. Trust us!
