Depende de lo que quieras decir, y en qué región.
 fallo = verdict, decision, ruling; mistake, error, oversight falla = fault, defect, flaw, failure; fault (geological); mistake, error (AmL)

En Puerto Rico solía oir "!que fallo" para decir jolin!, o caramba!
Pero no me acuerdo si era "que fallo", o "que falla". Dean

I did a bit of searching for that phrase (both versions of it) as a Puerto Rican interjection and came up empty handed.
