A mí me parece lo mismo.
My present situation.
In Spanish you can put the modifier before and after without any change of meaning... at least here. There are other examples where it is different meaning or a different nuance, like 'buen hombre/hombre bueno', but "situación presente = presente situación" mean the same to me.
