Dejar chiquitas
Creo que chiquitas significa ( no siempre) rodeos.Pero en la siguiente frase me confunde ,su oso con el verbo dejar. Qué entienden uds ?
"... se indignaba ante tantas canalladas que dejaban chiquitas las del lobo,que al final y al cabo no era un ser racional..."

diminuir está ya en desuso. Se suele usar disminuir.
chiquita: significa pequeña como indica poli, "dejaban chiquitas" significa "hacía que las otras pareciesen pequeñas", disminuían un ejemplo: la crisis económica actual deja chiquita a la crisis del 11-s del 2001 Saludos
