Don't worry, because sometimes that happened me, when I leave to speak English for long time, for example when a week has happed and I didn't practice during the last week, then I tend to forget so many words, and in order to remember them I need to search them and I learn them again, for that reason, I need to practice at least two days for week or in the week I practice alone with myself, I speak English with myself.
