Stream of consciousness

Question Stream of consciousness

Oxford (Superlex) gives,
stream of consciousness n (no pl) monólogo m interior, corriente f del pensamiento

I have seen "flujo del pensamiento"... probably even "continuum de pensamiento"?

Do you think or know of any better options?

En estudios sobre la obra de James Joyce, lo he visto como "monólogo interior" (en los más antiguos) y como "flujo de consciencia" (en los contemporáneos). Creo que ambos son muy válidos y se entenderán por contexto.
