Bueno, a mí me parece un poco exagerado, no se desencamina mucho de algún funcionario, pero no se puede generalizar, hay hijos de p*** por doquier.

Sí, y también hay mucho público maleducado que solo cree tener derechos y para el que los deberes solo existen para los demás.

realmente está bastante forzado, la verdad es que últimamente los funcionarios cada vez son más amables, pero todavía se siguen pidiendo impresos de otros departamentos -hacienda, ayuntamiento, gobiernos- que deberían poder consultar instantáneamente.
