¿Cómo es tu ciudad?

The following sentences are meant as an answer to the headline question. What do you think of them? Are they correct?

Olsztyn es pequeño y antiguo. Es tranquilo. (Olsztyn is small and old. It´s calm.)

Both are fine. But the thread title has been corrected.

Tú -> you
Tu -> your

My Spanish teacher is still a little mad at me, so I guess I have to make it more sophisticated. And here it is - the enhanced version. Please take a look at the English version as well. Thank you.

"Olsztyn is a small and peaceful city located in north-eastern Poland. Much of its area is covered with lakes and forests. There is only little industry - a large tyre plant and several food processors. The city has also a university."

"Olsztyn es una ciudad pequeña y tranquila situada en el noreste de Polonia. Gran parte de su superficie está cubierta de lagos y bosques. Sólo hay poca industria - una fábrica de neumáticos grandes y varios procesadores de alimentos. La ciudad tiene también una universidad."

"Gran parte de su superficie..." or "parte de su superficie" are commonly used with no article.

"Sólo hay poca industria" is understood, but it sounds a little bit weird to me. I would prefer "hay poca industria" or "sólo hay una pequeña actividad industrial".
