Acomplejado

When sb has a complex we say he is un acomplejado. How do we say it in English.? When do we use complexridden . Can anybody set an example using that word?

Está acomplejado por su gordura = He has a complex about being fat.

Es un acomplejado = he has so many complexes OR he's a mess of complexes

I would never use complex-ridden. It would be far easier to say he has so many complexes
