When I call the doctor bc I need to go see him. I say Tendría un hueco para atenderme x la mañana? How do we say that in English.?

DEFINITELY NOT. It is not considered polite to ask anybody if they have a hole, under any circumstances.

You could perhaps say 'slot'. Do you have a slot?

Even better, "Could you fit me in?"

'slot' is used specifically for air traffic control when airplanes are waiting to take off or land, but is sometimes used elsewhere.

"Do you have a slot in your schedule?" is a very common way to express this.
