Hi, often I´ll see short frases like:A ver or,as the title of a book:Español..A descubrirlo. I don't quite understand the reason for the A. agradezco la ayuda!!

Grammatically I'm not totally sure about the explanation for this, but it basically means "let's"
a ver - let's see a descubirlo - let's discover it (let's go discovering) or something similar. BTW, Bienvenido a los foros!

No, the "personal A" its when the direct object is a person
