Cenotes

I have found this definition for cenote : is a sinkhole with exposed rocky edges containing groundwater. It seems the same word is used in English...

Cenotes are water filled caves, sometimes partly exposed to the sun as well.
Cenotediving is very popular especially in some parts in Yucatan/ Mexico or so I am told
