Michael, the reason you don't see what others see is because the feature has not been enabled for you yet. After you've made a certain number of posts, you'll be able to create a signature.

Often I remember, I believe that you at least should to have around one hundred post before of that you have to place your own signature.

It took me some posts to have a signature and later some more to add a format to it, so I'd recommend you to be patient, ookami.
