I agree with Poli. It's obviously an invented word about something related to music.
To me, it's either that the things it refers to generate music or ressemble music... but without context, it's impossible to tell. Do you have at least the verse where the word appears?

Ditto, without context it's hard to "decipher". First thing that came up to my "dirty" mind wast "músico-viciosa", i.e., somebody who is "vicious" about "music" or "music that is vicious". The other thing, "músico-ociosa" as in "idle" "music" or "music for idle moments"... (Probably the second option is better... but this is "a shot in the dark"...)
