Que quiere decir ? Está aceptado el hecho ? o algunos "se aceptan "

"Se" se usa como impersonal... "se acepta" (it is accepted)

...la mayoría se indigna = majority [of people] get angry...

está expresando una contradicción. En este sentido es como "se comprende.." ó "no sorprende..", pero realmente dice "es normal..", "es aceptado..","se acepta"...

se acepta:
"Que haya gente muriéndose de hambre, y se preocupan por un perro maltratado. "
